Dr. Christopher Ellenor has experience building experimental systems comprising diverse technical elements. Prior to joining the team at Triple Ring, he worked on laser cooling, imaging and optical design, magnetic trapping of atoms, coil design and ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems. He has worked on MRI systems, with a focus on RF safety, as well as embedded and wireless electronics for sensing of patient motion and RF current. Chris received a BSc.E. in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, and his Ph.D. in physics (Experimental Quantum Optics) from the University of Toronto. After graduating he completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.
